Utilities

Utility Installation

Both wet and dry utilities are placed underground for a number of great reasons: to increase public safety, improve reliability through inclement weather, and to enhance the aesthetic beauty of properties.

  • Water pipelines
  • Sewer laterals
  • Power & telecom conduit
  • Pull boxes
  • Homeowner power-pole sets

Trenchless

Trenchless & HDD

HDD is an acronym for horizontal directional drilling, also known as directional boring. It places utilities under sensitive areas like roadways, water courses and landscaped areas using steerable drill bits and locating technology accurate to within one inch of depth and 1% accuracy for slope/pitch.

  • Crossings under roadways
  • Under water courses
  • Beneath landscaped areas
  • Minimal-disturbance utility installation
  • Precise depth & pitch control
